Family Workshop: Fairies and Dinosaurs
Paint a ceramic moneybox in the shape of a fairy or a dinosaur to decorate your room. We supply all the materials.

Blenheim Palace Day Trip: Icons of British Fashion
Garments from 12 Icons of British Fashion are being exhibited in rooms of the beautiful 300
year old Blenheim Palace where you can marvel at the highly visual fashion exhibits dramatically lit and displayed amongst the palaces own priceless collections.
Designers include, Dame Vivienne Westwood, Bruce Oldfield, Barbour, Lulu Guinness and
many more.
Prices includes Coach trip and Entry to the Exhibition in the Palace plus the gardens and the
park. Tickets are limited so please book early .

Anya Glinski: Fashion History Lecture 1825-1840
The third talk in our series with lecturer Anya Glinski, this talk will focus on the shift in fashions from the end of the reign of George IV, through the reign of William IV to the early years of Queen Victoria’s reign.

Family Workshop: Bags and Fans
We supply the materials and fabric pens. You supply the inspiration. Children must be accompanied by an adult to take part in the workshops. Booking is essential and it includes a tour of the museum if you wish. Refreshments for adults are available to buy in our Tea Room.

Discover Macrame
Morning Session 10-30—till 1pm
Discover macrame—participants will be given a short history, explanation of the yarn and the equipment and then get to practice all the basic knots before being aided to create a simple wall hanging.
Afternoon Session 1.30 –4pm
In the afternoon participants will learn how to use the different macrame knots to create a pot hanger.

Upcycled Jewellery Art: Reimagine and reuse old jewellery
A Fun and flexible workshop for all ages and abilities run by Trisha McGarry. Trisha passionately saves all broken and discarded jewellery, and creatively re-imagines the beads into pictures and hanging decorations. Once you have tried it who knows where your imagination may take you,
brightening anything you fancy with a little extra ‘bling’. All the Equipment is supplied.
